Palmer Industrial Minerals are experts in the processing of minerals, fertilizers and feed. From our three sites in Canterbury, Southland and the Waikato, we can provide a range of toll processing services including, but not limited to, drying, blending, crushing, milling, and bagging. We are proud to provide this service to some of New Zealand’s largest businesses.
Toll Drying
In the Waikato, using our brand new LPG fired rotary dryer, we are able to economically dry a wide range of mineral, aggregate, fertilizer or feed products. Products can be received in bulk or in bulk bags and can be dispatched in bulk or bulk bags, or be further processed / milled / or blended.
Toll Blending
Across our sites in Canterbury, Southland and the Waikato our capability to blend ingredients at various parts of our processes. This model works very well for many of our clients, but as our sites are all based at limestone processing facilities, this provides significant benefit to product mixes that include a high percentage of calcium carbonate.
Toll Milling
In the Waikato, Canterbury and Southland we offer toll milling or fine grinding services. Across a suite of air swept and raymond mills we can mill and classify various materials to exacting and highly controlled standards. Product can be received in bulk or bulk bags, and dispatched in bulk tanker, bulk bags or bagged into small (10-25kg) palletized bags.
Distribution
Our wider business, Palmer Resources, has established a nationwide distribution network that allows us to effectively handle the distribution of your products to nearly every corner of New Zealand. We can deliver to any town or city in New Zealand, but can also offer fast on farm delivery nationwide, via a distribution and warehousing network across warehouses in most regions.
Contract Packaging
We offer contract packaging into 10-25kg valve bags at all sites. Our capacity at most sites includes fully automated robotic palletizing to ensure accurate filled pallet consistency.
